Usain's Bolt diet

For breakfast he has: Ackee and saltfish (a traditional Jamaican dish) with dumplings, cooked banana, yellow yam, and potato.

Lunch: Pasta and chicken breast.

Dinner: Rice and peas with pork. Usain Bolt's diet seems to be very healthy and because of this diet, he could be the fastest man on earth.
